Expand the March Madness field?

There has long been talk about expanding the field of 65 to something larger. In my personal opinion there is no need for the field of 65 to be expanded. With over 300 D-I mens basketball programs in the country it is quite an achievement to be considered among the nations 65 best. It is truly considered an honor by many small schools who have had successful enough seasons to be chosen by the selection committee. If the field was expanded it would put less importance on regular season success of many large school teams because they would just assume an automatic qualification because they are bigger than, and in their minds better, than many small schools. I'd leave it how it is. 65 teams is interesting, entertaining, and exciting.
