After a U.S. District Court judge ruled in favor of ending the lockout last week, just a few days before the 2011 Rookie Draft, another ruling was passed in a seperate court that officially reinstated the conditions of the initial lockout. So, as far as the newly drafted rookies go, they are not allowed to sign contracts or meet with their new cocaches and teammates. Additionally, teams may not sign any undrafted or regular free agents that remain on the market. No telling what is going to happen now!
